* What are the costs involved? Monthly membership to LBE is tiered to suit you and reflect the amount of marketing and promotion that youneed to support your venue. A Basic listing of £9.95 per month with grant you all of the above. A Standard listing of £19.95 per month will give you all the basic features as well as having our dedicated events team email potential customers your menus, promotions and any additional information. You'll also get a fabulously designed emailout to 50,000 events managers, PR executives, marketing professionals, office managers and party loving Londoners promoting your venue with content and pictures. A Premium listing of £29.95 per month allows all the features of a Standard Listing however you'll benfit from a promotional emailout every 3 months. You'll also get a link thorugh to your LBE mini website from our emailout every week. Additionally you'll become a RECOMMENDED VENUE taking the top spot in the bars in your area.
* Additionally we actively seek out private party bookings and reserved areas for your establishment, bringing you business without you having to lift a finger. We take the enquiry, contact you to check availability, then hand the booking with full back up information and requirements so all you have to do it serve them on the night. Party bookings are charged at £1 per head from Reserved Areas and Guest List and 8%* of your set minimum spend for Private Hire. *8% commssion is reduced to 5% or 0% when taking on the Premium Package
* Target consumers at key moments in their life with our area-specific Birthday List. The unique Birthday database is a monthly list of 400-500 consumers in any given London postcode area, with any given age range, ready to be selected and targeted based on their next birthday. This means you can promote your venue or service to coincide with key events like an eighteenth or twenty-first birthday, graduation, turning forty etc. We also have access to business lists, ad space and numerous other smart marketing tools.
* All customers will receive a courtesy call back from us the next day. They will also be emailed a customer feedback form which we will forward onto you.
